About the Role

Our St Andrews Lutheran Aged Care Centre is seeking an outstanding Care Manager to mentor and lead our clinical and care staff in providing robust & quality services. Based in Tallebudgera, on the Gold Coast, the successful candidate will be joining the Lutheran Services leadership team at a time of unprecedented industry growth and transformation.

To see you be successful in this role you will have highly developed clinical and leadership skills. Most importantly you will be able to demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence, innovation and holistic care.

The successful candidate will need to have an energetic demeanour and communicate effectively with their teams, residents and their families. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years clinical experience in high performing healthcare service. Knowledge and experience of the aged care industry or broader community services environment is highly desirable.
