Dental Assistant & Dental Receptionist – Full-time
An amazing opportunity has become available for 3 positions full-time permanent dental assistant and full-time dental receptionist & Casual work on the weekends.
We are seeking a Dental Assistant and Receptionist who is reliable, punctual, honest and responsible. You will also need to be focused on providing excellent customer service and have a high value of patient care and comfort.

About the role
This is a dual role so you will be stepping between assisting and reception as needed. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, chair-side assisting, answering phones, processing payments, explaining treatment plans, sterilising and charting. This role will be up to three days a week and ideally you will be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays each week.
The successful candidate must meet the following:
- A passion to work and grow in the dental industry
- At least 6 months of dental experience
- Superior customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Solid understanding of infection control policies & sterilization
- Impeccable communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be available Saturday and Sundays
Experience with Dental4Windows, general, cosmetic, implant, and Orthodontic procedures is an advantage, however we will provide training to the successful candidate. A positive "can-do" attitude, and the willingness to learn is an absolute MUST!
