This position is working for a national organisation servicing various organisations and businesses within the Canberra area.

On Offer:

• Base salary up to $85,000 plus super
• Very attractive bonus structure (opportunity to earn 10% of your base salary on top if you meet your KPI's)
• Based in Canberra
• Opportunities to work 4 or 5 days per week
• Permanent role
• Flexible working days

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day to day clinical case management and apply clinical knowledge and experience to the clinical case management process in accordance with policy and procedure requirements and relevant association or registering body
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team and relevant departments supporting quality clinical service delivery
• Deliver on broad range of services to clients / customers
• Provide an outstanding standard of customer service to every stakeholder interaction - empathetic, proactive and committed to delivering on promise.

Essential Requirements:

• Full AHPRA registration
• Tertiary level qualifications in psychology
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years post general registration experience
• Ideally experience working in EAP as well as one of the following areas; trauma, dealing with critical incidents, divorce/separation.
