Our client is a Not for profit hospital located in the Rockhampton region. This hospital require a part-time Occupational Therapist to work in their Adult Rehabilitation Department.
The Adult Rehab team is located in a newly refurbished unit within the hospital which offers both inpatient and day rehabilitation services.
The role includes:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating Occupational Therapy treatment appropriate to the clients needs.
- Part time hours - 64 hours per fortnight.
About you:
- Have current registration with AHPRA
- Have proven abilities in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions using a problem solving and objective approach.
- Have the ability to be responsible and responsive to a situation where a high level of professional autonomy exists. However, must be effective in a multidisciplinary health team and be able to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility.
