About the business
We are looking for a dynamic Physio to join our friendly team. Ideally you will have a keen interest in manual therapies and natural health. Dry Needling and Pilates are desirable but not essential, while a genuine passion to help your clients will be a requirement.
This approx. 20 hour per week part time position is inclusive of some after hours work. Wages are based on FWA pay rates and entitlements plus bonus in line with level of experience and overall performance.
A bit about us : LifeForce health solutions has been meeting the natural health care needs of the local community for over 26 years, providing a range of allied and related health care services, which in addition to physiotherapy, include acupuncture, remedial massage, naturopathy, Chinese Medicine, Bowen therapy, yoga and Pilates.
Our loyal client base is predominantly private health insured, with an approximate 20% compensable client base.
LifeForce has been an Accredited Physiotherapy Practice since 1995.
Our friendly and supportive team culture with male and female practitioners comprises 5 physios (you will make the 6th), 2 acupuncturists and Chinese Medicine practitioners, 1 naturopath, 5 group therapy instructors and 6 support staff. All therapists are committed to ongoing professional development and hold memberships with their respective professional associations.
About the role
Our primary client demographic is between the ages of 25 to 55 the majority of whom are active and/or sports-minded but we also consult with many children, teenagers and pensioners. Your role will be to provide a professional standard of hands-on physiotherapy care, professional advice on the management of a broad range of musculo-skeletal conditions and exercise prescription as required, while complying with professional standards and practice requirements regarding care and record-keeping.

Skills and experience
Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) as a minimum
Excellent communication skills
