This new state-of-the-art facility has 149 single room with en suites including apartments. As a Regis Club Services facility, East Malvern offers hotel-style services, including a Club Services Manager, an on-site chef, Foxtel, cinema, café, private dining room, visiting Rabbi, hairdressing salon and landscaped gardens for residents to enjoy. We also offer our innovative programs including the Esprit Café program supporting families, regular art classes, PARO the interactive robotic seal and Music Memories.
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join this lovely team, either on a fulll time, part time or casual basis. The ideal candidate will have previous Health Care / Aged Care experience as a Registered Nurse, will be someone that has good interpersonal skills and is passionate about assisting our residents with their everyday needs.
The Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Regis, your role will be to:
- Ensure all clinical document is congruent with current care requirements of residents
- Administer schedule 8 medications and provide specialised nursing care as required
- Monitor clinical care plans and participate in clinical auditing
- Provide high quality oversight and leadership of the facility
- Motivate, lead and supervise all the staff
- Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures
Your experience:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
- Proven capability and experience in leading a team
