The role
We have an opportunity immediate start to join our growing Wyndham Private Specialist Clinic as a Medical Receptionist/Administration and assist with the usual medical reception and administration duties.
Full-Time role. Rostered hours are typically between 8:30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (8 hour day).

The ideal candidate is a team player, with excellent communication skills, professionalism, and respectfulness, with an eye for detail, enjoys customer service, and wants to make a difference! You need to be ready to learn. It’s a big job knowing everything our specialists do. We’re here to help with induction and ongoing training.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in specialist consulting is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professional attitude and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to work under pressure, multi-task and maintain quality outcomes at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external clients.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the appropriate legislation, policies, and procedures, particularly as they pertain to medical practices.
