Randstad is currently working with a great government department looking to expand their call centre team.
With a friendly office culture you will be supported in this role not only by an outstanding management team but by your co-workers as well.
In this role you will deliver a high standard of customer service skills and be able to use the resources provided to bring your customer the information they need or recommend a suitable outcome for their enquiry.
To be successful for this role, you will need:
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in answering a high volume of calls
- A great phone manner
- Be customer focused
- Ability to handle conflict and problem solve in a timely manner
- Proven ability to use resources to recommend suitable outcomes
- Ability to work towards strict KPI’s
