About the Company
Davidson is a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Officer to commence a temporary contract.
About the Role:
As a Project Officer, you are responsible for planning and managing the implementation of key organisational project strategies to enable the organisation to meet strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, comprehensive and timely reports on procurement activities
- Co-ordinate all aspects of contract administration
- Assist in the design, implementation and management of quality management systems and controls for the internal procedures, systems and documents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working in large, complex financial spreadsheets
- Highly organised and responsive problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience using appropriate project management methodologies
- High attention to detail
- Government procurement experience required
