Our Geelong-based client is looking to engage an experienced Business Analyst in a full-time 6 month contract to assist with the continued roll out of their Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
  
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, your main activities will include:
  • The further development of the Business Classification Scheme for incorporation into the EDRMS software.
  • Assisting in new and current software deployment and increasing usage and engagement, including development and implementation of strategies and materials
  • Assisting areas with the EDRMS deployment and resolving uptake issues as they start to work in a digital environment.
  • Completing of mapping the business classification scheme
To succeed in this position, you will have:
  • High level knowledge of records management principles and practices, including PROV requirements
  • Experience communicating records management requirements within small teams as well as at an organisation wide level
  • Experience in consulting with users to identify and implement suitable software design solutions that align within a holistic approach
  • Ability to design and run suitable workshops to gather required information
  • Demonstrated extensive advanced knowledge and use of Micro Focus Content Manager or recent version(s) of this software, preferable at a System Administrator level
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and advanced computer skills
