Kelly services is seeking to engage with an experienced Senior Organisational Change Analyst for one of our government based clients located in Sydney. The successful will be on a 6-month contract and will be responsible for providing people performance information and analysis to assist in informing and evaluating the effectiveness of people initiatives and programs on supporting the business achieving its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile the preparation of all reporting, along with creating graphs and charts within the Department
- Generate and collect data, maintain and reconcile costing report (excel) and monitor allocated expenditure to ensure everything is kept within budget
- Provide financial support functions to ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
- Provide support in the administration of internal and external stakeholders - maintaining relationship throughout weekly meetings
Criteria for Selection:
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a Change Analyst or similar role
- Previous experience within the Government sector is highly regarded
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
