A Statutory Planner is required to work for a very progressive Local Council based in the SE suburbs of Melbourne. The Council boasts a mix of residential, commercial and industrial uses and developments.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader Statutory Planning, you will be responsible for:
- Processing planning permit applications, requests for amendments to permits, the approval of plans and extension of planning permits
- Preparation and presentation of submissions to VCAT
- Providing assistance and support to management and preparing responses to written enquiries on planning matters

Skills and experience
All applicants must address the selection criteria for consideration:
- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning
