Our local government client located in Melbourne’s inner North are seeking a Senior Statutory Planner for a 6-weeks part-time (24hrs a week) contract.

The primary focus of this role is to run complex inner metro projects and inspections for the Statement of Compliance (SoC) for these larger projects. 
  
Requirements include:

• Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning or related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of Victorian Planning Scheme and Victorian local government experience.
• Good knowledge of and experience in mid rise (5 – 12 storey) developments.
