We are seeking an experienced Federal and/or State Government recruiter to join our close-knit team.
Highly responsive, you will get your satisfaction from working within the fast-faced temporary and contract environment.
As a collaborative team player, you are not afraid to “roll your sleeves up” and provide additional support when required to ensure your team's success.
Key duties include:
- End to end recruitment of temporary and/or contract staff
- Develop and build on the existing client base
- Source and manage positive candidate relationships
- Updating and maintaining candidate and client management systems
- Preparing tenders, EOIs and other client documentation
With strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude, you will not only be at ease working with a variety of systems but also using LinkedIn and other sourcing media, leaving no stone unturned to source opportunities and find the right candidates.
