About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an IT Test Analyst – Specialist – Cyara Automation. This position is located in their busy Moonee Ponds office with an initial 6 month contract with possible extensions.
  
About the Role 
As an IT Test Analyst – Specialist – Cyara Automation you will join the Client Contact delivery team. The team comprises approx. 30 members including analysts/testers, developers, project managers and product managers who work very closely with supporting partners and vendors.

Duties

• Apply sound technical understanding of relevant automated test tools and related technologies
• Identify and automate manual test cases where necessary.
• Implement and manage continuous automated testing integration using Cyara and Microsoft tools
• Attend daily stand-up sessions and represent QA in release planning
• Identify failures to meet quality standards through testing
• Work within various multi-disciplined teams
• Encourage and promote quality excellence within the team

  
Requirements/Skills

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience in automated testing of Contact Centre using Cyara is highly desirable. 
• Experience in Nuance Voice Biometrics, Verint Call Recording & Genesys Call Centre.
• Baseline Security Clearance desirable
