About the business

Osborne Richardson are working with one of Sydney's most beautiful council on the hunt for a qualified EHO to come in and lend a helping hand. This council is located next to the water in a stunning setting, you'll be in a metro location with a rural vibe. 

 

About the role

The main focus of this role will be to asses temporary food premises application using Council's checklist to ensure compliance with the Food Act 2003, Guidelines for mobile food vending vehicles and Guidelines for Food Businesses at Temporary Events.This will include issuing food permits and collating various data Council's information management system (TRIM). You may also be called upon time to time to carry out retail food inspections. 

 

Skills and experience

You will have a suitable qualification in environmental health with local experience and good up-to-date knowledge of the food Act. You will be IT savvy with quick data entry skills and experience on TRIM systems, also strong communication skills with be necessary. Also the willingness / flexibility to move to NSW various locations
