The Role

As a Strategic Planning Officer, you will be working alongside a highly successful and talented strategic planning team. Your key duties will include the following but not limited to:

Developing an Understanding of all Environmental Planning under the Local Government Act
Assisting and providing advice on all Planning Matters
Administering and reviewing the content of Planning Certificates prior to issue
Working cooperatively in a team

Essential Criteria

Tertiary qualification in Town Planning
Demonstrated experience in Local Government with a good knowledge of planning certificates
Knowledge of NSW Planning Framework and Legislation

Desirables

Class C Driver’s License
