About the Position
As the energy industry is experiencing unprecedented change, we are at the forefront of ensuring Queensland has affordable, reliable and sustainable energy for the future. To remain competitive we have transformed and evolved our business and now seeking a high performing leader for the new Operational Excellence group. Working across the entire value chain for the Operations division, your initial focus will be to develop, implement and lead the Operational Excellence Program.
A true leader amongst your peers you will influence and make immediate impact by driving performance optimisation and fostering the development of a continuous improvement culture to ultimately deliver value across the 5 year business plan. This role interfaces across our diverse portfolio of production assets and will ultimately drive continuous improvements across all aspects of the business.
