Our local government client located in Melbourne’s North are seeking a Planning Officer for an immediate start until mid-October 2018 with potential for extention.
  
Your day will consist of managing your own case load of planning applications as well as providing support in identifying and implementing planning process improvements. You will also be required to manage phone and counter queries on a rotational basis.
  
Requirements include:

• Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning or related discipline.
• Dedicated focus to delivery of customer service, ensuring timely and quality responses.
• In-depth understanding of Victorian Planning Scheme and Victorian local government experience.
