About the Company 
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a highly reputable State Government Agency to engage a Allocation and Assessment Officer. This position is located in their busy North Sydney office with an initial 6 month contract with possible extensions.

  
About the Role 
The role is responsible for allocating and assessing responses, supporting the responding Branches to meet time and quality requirements. In this role you will be working within a high volume environment with tight deadlines and numerous stakeholders. The role requires intermediate level time management and priority setting.


Duties

• Provide support to the responding area using the systems knowledge of the Branch
• Assess responses against quality indicators
• Assist in the management of internal guidelines, templates and standard responses
• Suppor the Executive Director and team on correspondence and brefings
• Achieving high levels of customer service in a high-volume environment

  
Requirements/Skills

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Can use initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Work within a high level, fast paced working environment
