IBAC is Victoria's anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:
- investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
- informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.
Here is your opportunity to use your significant risk and performance management experience and interpersonal skills to strengthen risk and organisational performance management practices at IBAC, whilst working with and supporting highly dedicated colleagues and senior management.
Reporting to the Manager Governance and Risk, you will be responsible for providing oversight and support in managing IBAC's risk and performance management frameworks, which includes management of business continuity, incidents, insurance, organisational planning and performance.
Ideally you will have significant experience in assisting management teams to identify, assess and appropriately manage risk, along with knowledge and/or experience in organisational planning and performance, coupled with a demonstrated ability to support the organisation to respond appropriately in the event of a disruptive risk being realised.
Your risk and performance knowledge and experience combined with exceptional communication skills will enable you to become quickly established in the role.
