Osborne Richardson are a technical specialist recruitment consultancy.
Our local authority client is seeking a senior statutory planner for a 3 month contract.
Your main focus will be to run the complex inner metro projects and inspections for these large projects.
Within the team, junior members of the team will see you as someone adheres to best practice and is seen as an approachable source of knowledge that they can learn from and bounce ideas off when required.
Working on major projects, within a busy team this will expose you to major projects and developers, so strong leadership skills through mentoring and process improvement is required.
