Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager, Diversity & Inclusion to join this exciting GOV-sector organisation on an initial 6-month basis in the Syd CBD. This position sits within an exciting reform project which will transition over 6-12 months and is a critical role that will lead the development and implementation of the strategic diversity and inclusion plan for the Cluster;
About the role:
- Lead the development and delivery of a new D&I strategy aligned to the People Strategy;
- Lead workforce research and analysis into current trends emerging from data and drawing on best practice to establish approaches aligned to the Cluster’s business objectives;
- Transition learning events and programs to Learning and Development.
Essentials:
- Superior communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Extensive knowledge and proven work with Diversity & Inclusion;
- Have worked within an organisation undergoing significant transformation;
- Superior time management/prioritisation skills.
