Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Officer, Leadership Strategy to join this exciting GOV-sector organisation on a contract basis in the Syd CBD. This position sits within an exciting reform program which will lead the development and implementation of the new Leadership Framework for the cluster.
About the role:
- Undertake a needs analysis relating to leadership culture and capability across the cluster;
- Bring an understanding of contemporary and best practice leadership approaches and how they might apply;
- Develop a draft leadership strategy and manage complex stakeholder consultation to develop and refine the draft;
- Finalise the strategy and translate into actionable streams of work as required;
- Work with Strategic Communications and Learning & Development to deliver the Leader Alliance capstone event.
Essentials:
- Superior communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Extensive knowledge and proven work with Leadership and Capability frameworks;
- Have worked within an organisation undergoing significant transformation;
- Superior time management/prioritisation skills.
