The Role
An exciting opportunity now exists to join our exciting, fast paced council, working within the Customer Service team. As part of this busy team you will be the first point of contact for members of the community wanting to interact with council and you will provide a pleasant, welcoming, professional and helpful experience.
The Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in a professional and courteous manner.
- Able to adopt a collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving and information sharing.
- Be a strong team player with a can-do approach.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience providing customer service to members of the public.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
