What's in it for you
The Queensland Government Chief Information Office (QGCIO) manages the two-year program where you’ll receive:
- an opportunity to build a career in a workplace that supports you to develop knowledge, skills and expertise with Queensland’s largest employer

- a two-year temporary contract as an AO3 (remuneration is dependent on which department you are with — from $58,638 per year plus super)

The program commences for successful applicants in February 2019.
About you
You will:
- be bright, enthusiastic and be able to think creatively to bring fresh ideas, innovate and engage with our IT sector to serve the Queensland community
- hold a degree, graduate diploma, masters or PhD qualification completed with an Australian university in the last two years
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent residents (residency status must be confirmed at the time of application.)
- have studied any of the following fields:
- information technology, information management, computer science, telecommunications, project management, web/multimedia design, business/commerce/law, marketing or procurement, robotics, autonomous systems, cloud computing, design thinking, user experience design, visualisation, data analytics and security.
