About the Company
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Officer to commence a temporary contract.
About the Role:
As a Senior Project Officer, you are responsible for planning and managing the implementation of key organisational project strategies to enable the organisation to meet strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Product based planning, risk management, reporting, budgeting through to project closure
- Subject matter expert for project management methodologies (ideally Prince2)
- Lead and mentor a small project team
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded as the incumbent will need to hit the ground running
- Exposure to ITIL framework
- Strong Excel skills
- Project management qualification (preferred)
- Superb stakeholder relationship and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly organised and responsive
- High attention to detail
