Job Description:
- Manages facilities related contracts including ensuring delivery of quality contract outcomes on time and within budget
- Ensures the workplace and staff amenities are maintained to a high standard
- Contributes to a seamless commencement process for new starters
- Manages the Lotterywest fleet and parking
- Manages building security including building access, corporate identification, security infrastructure, managing after-hours monitoring and security patrol contractors
- Supervisors and coordinates the facilities team and develops their capabilities
- Coordinates the delivery of building related services including security, building works, fleet management, and building services contracts
- Coordinates maintenance and repairs including developing and maintaining maintenance schedules
- Plans and coordinates new building works
- Develops and implements initiatives to support Lotterywest’s social responsibility objectives and plans, including the Sustainability Action Plan and Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.
- Develops and maintains procedures and other information, including intranet content, relevant to facilities
- Arranges and/or delivers training in relation to the position’s responsibilities
- Participates in operational and strategic planning
- Identifies and implements on-going process improvements
- Provides support for other Business Services functions, as directed
- Other duties as required
