Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) is looking for a highly motivated and sales driven professional to join our team as a Membership Consultant. Glen Eira Leisure comprises of three sites. Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) is one of Australia's premier Sports and Aquatic Centre's and an industry leading facility that features state of the art aquatics, fitness, sports, rehabilitation, wellness, café and occasional care facilities.  Carnegie Swim Centre (CSC) is a seasonal outdoor pool which has been servicing the community for over 60 years and Caulfield Recreation Centre (CRC) is a fully equipped gym with group fitness classes and occasional care.

This role will be responsible for face to face interactions with new and existing customers, sales of GEL products and services, implementing sales and marketing strategies and maintaining membership data.

As a Membership Consultant you will have:

• Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in initiating and developing new membership sales.
• Administrative and statistical/data record keeping experience.
• Customer Service skills.
• Understanding and application of computer skills including centre management software.
• Good oral and negotiating skills.
• Social media campaign and design
