In the role of Program Officer (Procurement) you will coordinate support to program and project managers and team members by leading and coaching program support officers to contribute to effective procurement processes.
To be considered for the role of Program Officer (Procurement) you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and monitoring of timely, accurate and relevant procurement advice and information on alignment with departmental procurement business and governance framework.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of procurement management, policies and processes.
- Proven ability in providing efficient procurement services to internal customers.
- Proven experience in procurement activity implementation including procurement planning and documentation, evaluation and supplier negotiation, contract documentation, supply arrangements establishment and maintenance.
