Position Summary:
The Senior Communications and Media Adviser develops and implements integrated internal and change communications strategies, campaigns and projects in line with the department's strategic priorities. They ensure all communication materials for staff are clear, consistent, engaging and timely.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing proactive internal communication strategies and campaigns to promote the positive outcomes achieved by the department's programs and policies, working with the Secretary's office, Executive Board, People and Culture Branch and other key departmental business areas. They act as a communications champion to ensure high standards are applied in all communication across the organisation.
