Our centralised group finance function works closely with all areas of the business to meet strategic objectives, protect our assets, optimise performance and drive financial accountability. The team is focused on delivering strategic finance solutions that support our aspiration to become the world's leading eCommerce business.

This is a great chance to be responsible for providing significant input into financial forecasting enabling informed business decisions in delivering our business strategy. The deliverables will be focused on the Financial & Identity Services side of the business in addition to working with Parcels, Letters and Network teams as appropriate to deliver on customised pricing solutions.

What does the job look like?

• Commercial analysis of contracts for relevant cost data, trends, historical data and other related information.
• Provide cost and capacity analysis, including channel product offers and commission reviews.
• Undertake analysis of processes, markets and contract performance
• Lead costing reviews and maintain pricing and costing data infrastructure.
• Provide P&I Finance Business Partners with profitability support where appropriate.
• Prepare and deliver pricing reports – Yield reports Pipeline reports, Pricing Calendars, Customer reports, etc.
• Work with and provide costing and pricing inputs to Planning & Forecasting.
• Pricing strategy development support for existing products, new business and tender bids.
• Support the business and product development strategies to generate P&I’s profit targets.
• Participate in strategy discussions and provide input on cost-related matters as required, including cost/pricing strategy for the initial proposal and subsequent revisions.
• Develop pricing strategies and provide pricing support and pricing governance for Financial & Identity Services products and services to ensure profit maximisation.
