An opportunity has arisen for experienced Dental Technicians. These roles are part of the Dental Technician team within the Townsville Oral Health Service (TOHS). Positions are being recruited for the Dental Laboratories at Ingham Dental Clinic, and Kirwan Health Campus.
We are searching for a skilled and knowledgeable individual who is organised, shows initiative, exhibits diligence, is self-motivated and passionate about Dental Laboratory services in a public health setting. The applicant should have an excellent work ethic, a high level of interpersonal skills, excellent manual dexterity, and a good sense of workload priority. Essentially the ideal candidate ultimately values delivering high quality patient centred care in an efficient and effective way.
Deliver high level Dental Technical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health. To provide effective and efficient Dental Prosthetic appliances in accordance with the goals, policies and requirements of the Oral Health Service in Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

The successful applicant must posess:
- A qualification in Dental Technology (Dental Technician). This is a mandatory requirement for the position.
- Whilst not mandatory, the possession of a qualification in Dental Prosthetics (Dental Prosthetist) would be highly regarded.

- Total remuneration package value up to $107,807 p.a.
- Base salary range of $62,719 to $94,488 p.a. (HP3)
- 4 weeks annual Recreational Leave with 17.5% loading
