Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced permanent full time HR Analytics and Process Officer to join the People, Culture and Safety Group, based in Gladstone.
The purpose of this position is to develop the workforce reporting and analytics to inform the people strategy and future workforce requirements across Council. This includes the development of people metrics and workforce dashboard design, to establish a modern, automated and relevant reporting of people information that provides workforce insights to Council. This position partners with the business to identify and analyse core HR business processes and workflows to improve people related business outcomes.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics with exposure and understanding of reporting and HR systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with large and complex data sets and delivering end-to end reporting solutions.
- Experience with, or ability to, obtain knowledge in business intelligence visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft BI, Qlik).
- Ability to analysis work processes and recommend initiatives to drive business improvements.
- Demonstrated high level problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.
- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills.
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
- Proficient keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and corporate business systems.
