The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Project Manager (Delivery) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 9000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to over 550,000 people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region.
You will take responsibility for
- Manage capability and develop resources by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage, monitor and report on project related trends and performance against project plans and schedules.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
Requirements for the role
- A relevant qualification in project management and information technology would be well regarded.
- Experience in implementation of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software packages in a clinical environment would be well regarded.
- Operate a government vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
- This position is required to work throughout the Gold Coast Hospital Health Service.

Salary information
- Temporary full time (12 months with the possibility of extension).
- Base salary ranging from $4 240.10 - $4 550.50 per fortnight
- Up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading

Digital Transformation Services (DTS) is responsible for delivering our digital transformation strategy across Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS).
