Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for a MercyCare traineeship, you need to be:

  • Aboriginality is a genuine requirement for this position as per Section 50(d) of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1984;
  • Commit to working a minimum of 24 hours per week;
  • Not have previously gained a similar qualification or higher level;
  • National Police Clearance no older than 6 months;
  • Working with Children check.
