About the role
The Senior Project Officer performs project management and support activities to contribute to the coordination, development and delivery of a range of Diversity and Inclusion projects for our client
Key accountabilities
- Working with the People Partnering teams and Diversity and Inclusion teams across the Transport Cluster to coordinate, develop and deliver Diversity and Inclusion programs
- Provide subject matter advice and support to Cluster People teams on Diversity and Inclusion to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and alignment of business diversity and inclusion activities with overall Cluster People strategy
- Develop project plans, risk management plans and coordinate actions to implement Diversity and Inclusion programs and initiatives and provides ongoing reporting on effectiveness and milestones
- Conduct research and analysis into current trends emerging from data and drawing on best practice to establish an evidence base to identify approaches and systems which best supports the achievement of the Cluster's business objectives

- Developing and maintaining external and internal relationships and communications with key stakeholders.
- Balance the competing needs and expectations of stakeholders, given the range of different stakeholder perspectives
- Keeping up to date with the range, pace and complexity of information and knowledge required to deliver quality service
