The Senior Media and Communications Advisor reports to the HCSC Commissioner and provides a range of functions to support the work of the Office of the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner. The Senior Media and Communications Advisor’s key role is to support the Commissioner in managing the reputation and public relations of the HCSCC. The role will lead, develop and implement a local program of state-based strategic communications, media and community training/engagement programs; provide communications advice and support to HCSCC staff.
