The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) plays a central leadership role in the development and operations of the Australian sport sector and acts as the leading sports agency in Australia, building collaboration, alignment and effectiveness within the Australian sport sector. The Information, Communication & Technology Section is within the Business Operations Branch of the ASC. The section delivers a range of strategic and advisory services relating to ICT to the ASC and the wider sport community through its internal capabilities. The section also coordinates ICT support services to the ASC through a number of internal and external capabilities and arrangements.

In partnership with the senior leadership team, you will provide leadership to the ICT environment to achieve continuous improvements in the quality, efficiency and value of ICT services across the Commission and external partners. You will have responsibility for maintaining existing systems while providing guidance to the broader organisation in support of the ASC Digital Transformation program. This also encompasses leading the service-oriented culture of the team, preparing for future growth and positioning the Commission's service offering as a leader in the sport sector.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT
• Demonstrated senior level experience leading a diverse team in an ICT or Information Management environment
• Demonstrated capacity to build relationships and work closely with other business divisions, including on projects with interdependencies across divisions
• Demonstrated capacity to provide compelling advice to senior leadership to support decision making and business planning.

Salary range = $129,010 - $157,100 per annum plus superannuation.
