An opportunity exists for an experienced Asset Planner to join our Team to lead the Building Asset Portfolio on behalf of the organisation.
You will be responsible developing and implementing Asset Management Plans, a building infrastructure portfolio strategy, annual and 10 year operational plans for 213 Council buildings valued at $2.6B with an annual operation budget exceeding $10M.
An understanding or knowledge of software applications like CAMS would be advantage. Interested candidates should obtain a copy of the PD for a more thorough understanding of the role.
