Armidale Regional Council is seeking a Communications and Marketing Officer to join their tight knit Media, Communications and Engagement team who provide pro-active support to Council in the delivery of communications and engagement activity.  This is a challenging and rewarding position will provide a fantastic opportunity for an experienced communications specialist who has a flair for marketing.

Operating within the People, Safety and Communication Service area of Council, the Media Communications and Engagement program is responsible for working with all areas of Council to provide a broad range of engagement activities with staff, communities and other key stakeholders. The group plans and delivers a high quality, proactive and professional communications service which supports Council’s strategic objectives and key community engagement objectives.

Council offers a competitive salary range from $69,657 to $80,077 per annum plus superannuation along with the opportunity to work a 70 hour, 9-day fortnight.
