Randstad recruiting for candidates with experience working in an administration role within State, Local, and Federal Government departments. We currently have a 2-3 month administration role. Government experience is required .
Key Requirements:
- Familiar with Government Departments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Ordering of stationary supplies
- Scheduling and monitoring of courier services
- Distributing mail to correct contacts
- Organisation of catering
- Update database with relevant information
- General ad hoc duties as required
