We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Support Officer to join our clients Canberra team. This diverse role will see you utilising your exceptional people skills engaging with talented job applicants, establishing and maintaining working relationship with key stakeholders as well as performing varied administrative tasks. Working Monday to Friday you can enjoy a welcoming corporate environment with plenty of support.

To be considered you will need:

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Actioning and responding to enquiries through the Recruitment email inbox, referring more complex matters to other members of the team where required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• A passion for delivering a delightful customer service experience
• Preparing accurate and at times complex correspondence to both internal and external clients. Correspondence includes but not limited to: letters of offer, notices of engagement, business cases and detailed email advice
• Proven administration experience including intermediate computer skills
• Talent for establishing strong long-term client relationships
• A positive “Can Do” resilient attitude
• Previous experience working in the recruitment industry will be highly regarded
• Contributing to the ongoing review of practices and procedures within the Recruitment Team
• Representing the Recruitment Team at internal business meetings.
• Experience using Aurion (HRMIS), or PageUp would be an advantage
