The Role
The Human Centered Design (HCD) Junior Designer will work closely with the HC Designer to work on projects aimed at optimising customer experience and help the business achieve its strategic objectives.
You will use your knowledge and experience to champion the needs of customers within all levels of the organisation.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Design or related fields such as Design Thinking / Human Centered Design (highly desirable)
- Relevant business experience in HCD or Customer Experience
- Extensive experience in process improvement design and implementation
- Being a customer focussed and creative thinker
- Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with key stakeholders.
