12 Month Part-Time (no minimal hours) - 7 day roster

We are seeking a new sales and service team member to join our Admission team. We are looking for part time person with a passion for customer service to assist with admission sales and general enquiries from our visitors.
To be successful in this position you will need to address the following criteria:
- Exceptional customer service and sales;
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Problem solving and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong computer and money handling skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Willingness to develop and apply product knowledge; and
- Have substantial experience interacting with a diverse range of people.

Hours of employment are in accordance with a seven day roster which includes evenings, weekends, public holidays and will work across our sites.
