The Resolution Team is a team efficiently resolving debt using a diverse range of functions, we engage team members, stakeholders and the community with a positive and collaborative approach.
 
As the Coordinator, you will be working with an experienced and dynamic team, who are passionate and dedicated to the work they perform.
 
This is an exciting opportunity within our Fines Debt Resolution team for an experienced leader, with debt collection experience in a predominantly outbound call centre and case management environment. You will be responsible for day to day floor management and escalation, performance management and team member development, along with managing the team to provide quality and timely service to customers while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, KPIs and performance standards are met. In addition, you would need to utilise your stakeholder engagement skills, as you may be required to be involved in project teams or need to design and drive initiatives for process improvements.
 
To be successful you will have experience in coaching and developing staff to resolve a diverse range of complex and sensitive matters in a high volume environment. You will have the ability to delegate tasks as well as technical skills in the interpretation and application of legislation or a similar framework . You will also have the ability to drive and deliver process improvements and be able to demonstrate your commitment to our customers, embracing resilience and courage, a commitment to customer service, delivery of results, the ability to manage and develop people and project management skills. Previous experience in a call centre/contact centre environment will be highly regarded.
