Location: Manning Base Hospital, Taree
Working under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, the Enrolled Nurse will provide care that is focussed on low intensity rehabilitation for clients admitted to the Transition Care Program.
The service is provided to clients within the comfort of their own homes and the Enrolled Nurse works in cooperation with other members of the multidisciplinary team, acute and community health services, Aged Care Assessment Team, and other service providers.
