About the Role
Deliver Medical Imaging services to clients of Queensland Health as a member of the Logan Hospital and Redland Hospital Medical Imaging Services teams, Metro South Hospital and Health Service.
- Competently perform a wide range of medical imaging examinations of a routine nature consistent with established professional standards, and departmental examination protocols.
- Commensurate with level of experience provide routine advice to referring clinicians, nursing staff, other allied Health workers, support staff and patients.
- Commensurate with level of experience provide student education and clinical practice supervision for less experienced practitioners with the guidance of senior clinical staff.
- Continue to develop Medical Imaging knowledge and clinical skills, obtained by tertiary education and clinical experience, through active learning and by engaging in professional development activities.
