Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a highly reputable Government Agency who supports essential services to the wider Australian community to engage multiple Client Engagement Officers at an intermediate level to join their Brisbane office on an initial 12 month contract. 
  
Duties

• Conduct and/or support a range of client engagement activities including verification, risk reviews, audits and advice in relation to client obligations and determine appropriate assurance actions
• Listen and engage with clients, build and sustain relationships
• Communicate and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide information
• Identify, gather, record and share information relevant to risk analysis activities and recommend mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working at a mid-tier company or organisation
• Must have at least 5 years check-able background in Australia
• Computer savvy being able to use a range of applications especially Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to critically analyse information from a range of sources.
• Ability to harness information and draw conclusions to make decisions
• Strong customer service focus.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
