An experience Operations Manager in Data Analytics is required to oversee the operations and procedures reporting to the Program Manager which will form a part of the Executive Leadership team.
The focus of the Senior Operations Manager position is to secure the functionality of the data and analytics teams to drive and meet internal client requirements and exceed expectations. You will have approximately 30 staff under your direction that deliver a range of data and analytics products and services including data visualisation, data extraction and reporting, data development and modelling.
Your new Role
The main responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the data and analytics area and the delivery teams to meet business goals and projections
- Empower the data and analytics delivery teams with the leadership and resources they need to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Positively represent the organisation at all times through a success-oriented and professional demeanour
- Establish policies and practices that promote positive work culture and vision
- Work under the direction of the Program Manager to accomplish short and long-term operational goals
- Measure and report on data and analytics delivery performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators
About You
- Proven experience as Senior Operations Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of applied data analysis
- Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
